1.How long is the delivery date?

Upon PO confirmation, Samples:3 working day; 50-100pcs:5-7 working days; 100-300pcs:7-10 working days; 300-500pcs:10-15 working days; Above 500pcs+: 15-20 working days.

2.can you support OEM & ODM service?

For order, you can choose with logo "iViewtec" or without logo; we support OEM & ODM order, so you can put your logo on order products. MOQ for OEM is 50pcs/model. MOQ for ODM package is 300pcs/model.

We will print your logo on the products, and put the customers' model numbers in the stickers of the products, boxes, and in the manuals by free of charge.

3.Do you offer any guarantee for the product?

All iViewtec cctv cameras have CE, RoHS and FCC certification, meanwhile we supply 2 years warranty and lifetime Technical Support service for all customer.

4.What payment methods do you accept?

At present, we accept T/T and L/C payment terms,

4.1. For only total amount above USD50,000.00, we can accept L/C. 

4.2. We can put the customers' orders down to production once we get the bank copy. 

4.3. Except L/C, before delivery, we should get 100% payment

5.How long will you launch new cctv product?

iViewtec have professional R&D team and we will launch new security products and technologies every quarter. Currently we have launched PIR, H.265, Starlight, 3G camera, 360°panorama IP Camera and series of new ahd & tvi camera etc.

6.Do you have any MOQ limit?

Yes, we support sample order, MOQ for bulk orders is 50 Pieces; MOQ for OEM is 50 pieces/model.

7.Do you have any exclusive agent?

Yes, currently, iViewtec have exclusive agent in South Africa, Hungary, Chile,Sri Lanka and other areas. We sincerely welcome friends from all over the world to join iViewtec.

8. How to purchase iViewtec products?

8.1. Please confirm with our sales person about the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purchase,  or email directly to sales(at)iviewtec.com

8.2. After your order confirmed, We will send you a Proforma Invoice. Besides, if you need, we would like to help you choose the best and most efficient way for the shipping arrangement. 

8.3. After your payment arrangement, we could put your order down to production upon your bank copy, and keep you updated about the process.

8.4. When the goods are finished, we will test the products strictly to make sure everything is ok, then we ship the products to you, and let you know the tracking number.
